Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use this website and how bookings with Clemmons 24/7 Plumbing work. By using the site or calling our line, you agree to them.
Last updated October 24, 2026.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information about plumbing. It is not a contract, a quote or a promise of service until a licensed plumber confirms the work with you by phone.
You agree not to misuse the site, copy it in bulk, or try to interfere with how it works.
Booking and pricing
We take every request by phone. The plumber explains the price before work starts, and work begins only after you agree to it.
Same-day appointments are offered when the schedule allows. We do not promise a specific arrival time, because traffic, job length and earlier calls can all change the day.
Licensed and insured
Our plumbers are licensed and insured. You can look up any North Carolina plumbing contractor through the state licensing board, and you are welcome to do that before you book.
Information on this site
Plumbing conditions differ from house to house. Articles and pages here describe common situations and cannot replace an on-site look by a licensed plumber.
If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 before you call us.
Recorded calls
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By staying on the line you accept this, and our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled.
Third-party links and maps
This site may link to outside sources and embeds maps from Google. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limits of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent North Carolina law allows, Clemmons 24/7 Plumbing is not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this site or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under law, and nothing here limits responsibility for our own plumbing work once you have agreed to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the courts that serve Forsyth County, North Carolina.
